The Downtown Business Association is made up of over 180 merchants and landowners in the Business Improvement Area (BIA) which is from Murray Street west to Grand Street, and from Second Avenue south to Railway Avenue.
The association’s Board of Directors is comprised of 8-12 of those land and business owners, who volunteer their time to assist the efforts of the MDBA.
